Due to the nature of these products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds/exchanges, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. However, if an order is damaged in shipping, please contact hello@choucre.com within 7 days of receipt and attach a photograph of the damaged product.


Tracking may not update until received by your local post office. If your package is marked as delivered but you do not see it, please follow up with the mail carrier. Choucre is not liable for incorrect mailing addresses.
